Refund policy
Simple on purpose: try before you pay, cancel whenever you want, and if we charge you wrongly we fix it without a fight.
The short version
- The trial is how you avoid needing a refund. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required, full functionality. You only ever pay after you have used the real product on your real store.
- Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. There is nothing to phone, no retention flow — the cancel button works.
- Paid periods are not refunded when you cancel part-way through, as set out in our terms. You keep the remaining days instead.
When we do refund
- Billing mistakes. Charged twice, charged after cancelling, wrong amount — tell us and we refund the error, in full, without discussion.
- Extended outages. If the service was down for a substantial part of a billing period through our fault, we credit or refund that period. Just ask.
- Where the law says so. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with mandatory refund rights, those rights apply regardless of anything on this page.
How to ask
Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record — Paddle's name appears on your card statement. You can raise a refund request either way:
- Email us at contact@restocio.com with the email you subscribed with. We answer within 2 business days.
- Or contact Paddle directly via paddle.net, the buyer support site printed on your receipt.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
